That's why I deliver reports to the departments personally. It will take them two weeks at least to get to the review. Understood,typically,when the soil work comes in I get it moving asap; however,this time I was on summer vacation and only just now got to that part of the stack of plats and plans submitted/resubmitted to me while I was away. Sorry for this inconvenience. My attorney is wrapping up the road maintenance agreement. Great, send that document over to me whenever you complete it.Notably,the County Attorney's office has to review and approve it after I look it over. Second to the VDH approval of your soil work,this item typically takes the longest to receive approval. The sooner you get it to me the better. Please follow up with these items. I put an email into VDH yesterday alerting them to the soil work submittal;regardless, I cannot skirt their process/review time.We would like to get our plat approval soon. Understood.
