However prior to approval I am going to need VDH approval of the soil work, which I just sent off to them yesterday. Additionally, I’m going to need the private street maintenance agreement approved by the County Attorney. The following are responses to the comments in your letter dated July 10, 2017. 1. 14-316 Approval of Entrance onto public streets.A copy of the VDOT approval is attached to this letter. 2. 14-309 & 14-310 Soil evaluations; Health Director Approval of wells and septic. The Health Department approval will be submitted under separate cover. 3. 14-303(E) Throughout the plat the label for the access easement has been revised as requested. 4. 14-232(B)2, 14-235(B), 14-303(N) Statement pertaining to private streets. The note has been added to the plat. 5. 14-303(A) Statement of consent to division. The note has been revised as requested. 6. 14-302(B)(1)General Information.A revision date of August 29, 2017 has been added to the plat. r. 14-317 Instrument evidencing maintenance of certain improvements. In accord with the provisions of Section 14-229(B)of Chapter 14 of the Code if the developer fails to submit a revised final plat to address all of the requirements within six (6)months after the date of this letter the application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily withdrawn by the developer.
