SUB2017-82_TMP 45-48B_Two Lot Division
I received your revision, the plat looks good, all platting issues have been addressed. However prior
to approval I am going to need VDH approval of the soil work, which I just sent off to them yesterday.
Additionally, I’m going to need the private street maintenance agreement approved by the County
Attorney. The transmittal you sent over said it was attached, it was not apart of that packet (please
send again).

Attached are 4 copies of the revised subdivision plat. The following are responses to the comments in your
letter dated July 10, 2017.
1. 14-316 Approval of Entrance onto public streets.A copy of the VDOT approval is attached to this
letter.
2. 14-309 & 14-310 Soil evaluations; Health Director Approval of wells and septic. The Health
Department approval will be submitted under separate cover.
3. 14-303(E) Throughout the plat the label for the access easement has been revised as requested.
4. 14-232(B)2, 14-235(B), 14-303(N) Statement pertaining to private streets. The note has been
added to the plat.
5. 14-303(A) Statement of consent to division. The note has been revised as requested.
6. 14-302(B)(1)General Information.A revision date of August 29, 2017 has been added to the plat.
r. 14-317 Instrument evidencing maintenance of certain improvements. A copy of the maintenance
agreement is attached to this letter.

The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Subdivision Plat referenced
above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference,
which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. -316]Approval of entrance onto public streets.Prior to final plat approval submit documentation from
DOT that the existing entrance along State Route 743 complies with their standards for the number of lots

on the modified lot. For the new parcel,provide the results of percolation tests or other methods of soil
evaluation used to determine the suitability of the soil for the required septic system.Once proi ided I will

Chapter 14 of the Code if the developer fails to submit a revised final plat to address all of the requirements within six
(6)months after the date of this letter the application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily withdrawn by the
