This pian shows mitgation for disturbance in the stream buffer. Culverts have been
sized based on the contributing drainage areas and are shown for reference.
Contractor is responsible for proper installation of the culverts based on field
conditions.
Contractor shall not disturb more than 10,000 square feet.

specified cover or cover required by
manufacture, whichever is greater.
3. Crossing 1 shall be installed in accordance
with requirements and specifications of
USACE Nationwide Permit #18 for work in
an intermittent stream.
