Pending VDOT review/approval (just sent the plat to them today). The maintenance doc for the private street has been approved—assure it is signed/notarized, and submitted with the signed final plat. Prior to final plat approval VDH shall approve the soil work. I just sent it out to the health dept today. Typical turn around for this type of review is 3 - 5 weeks. Now we wait for their review/approval.
