Hey Chris,
The two structures are present in the 1996 orthophotography, and the year built in the on-line assessor's records is 1974
and 1986.
There are no building permits in CountyView for these addresses other than cell towers.
I attached the referenced material in case I am new, stupid, prone to error, or any combination of the three.

The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Subdivision Plat referenced
above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference,
which is to a Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [ .2]Accessory Structures in Required Yards. Prior to plat approval the existing"frame building to be moved"shall
e moved and the plat revised to depict its new location. The structure shall be a minimum of 6' to the side or rear
property lines.
2. -309& 14-3101 Soil evaluations;Health Director Approval of septic systems. Each structure is required to maintain
both a primary and reserve drainfield on the lot it serves. Approval by the Health Department is required before the plat
can b approved.Pending review/approval by VDH.
[14-302(B)(1)] General Information. Provide the date of the last revision on the plat.
Staff has provided references to the County Code. The Code is kept up-to-date by the County Attorney's office and may be
found at www.albemarle.org/countycode. In accord with the provisions of Section 14-229(B)of Chapter 14, if the applicant
fails to submit a revised plat to address all of the requirements within six(6)months after the date of this letter,then the
application shall be deemed voluntarily withdrawn.Please contact Christopher Perez at the Division of Current
