Hi Bob, En A quick question: I noticed that under the second "Owner's Approval" [of the 10' sanitary sewer easement] on Sheet 1 that you have deleted the ACSA signature line which was present on the previous (10/6/17) revision. Did Alex inform you that this was no longer necessary and to delete it from Sheet 1? If the revised plat on Sheet 2 addresses Alex's concern about showing the sewer line easement on TMP 40A-33 (which, to my eyes, it does) then you are ready to print a final version and bring it in for signature/final approval. Please include all of the revision dates to date (9/11/17; 9/25/17; 10/6/17; and 10/11/17) on the final plat. You will need to pull the plat at the clerk's office to get something more legible. I think it's in the applicant's best interest to revise this plat to show that easement (you may have to make the scale larger to include the adjacent parcel and show the entirety of the easement) and to provide the parent parcel's property information as well as a signature panel for that property ,ner (the applicant's mother). Technically, I could approve this plat without that information, but when the plicant files a building permit, he or she will need to provide that easement information in order to have the ilding permit released — so it's either provide that information now or provide it later (and the "later" option ll incur future application fees and costs as well as the time spent on another plat). I see from our GIS web tool that the lots do fall within the ACSA Jurisdictional Area for water and sewer, but have you been in contact with anyone at ACSA? If you have, please forward me your communication and any approvals they have given; if you have not, I will need to route the plats to ACSA for approval. Also, the note on sheet 1 that reads "under current county policy... to this property" will either have to be amended to reflect the applicant's use of public water/sewer or removed. Please submit a revised plat with that information corrected at your earliest convenience along with any ACSA approvals you may have. The county soils work was different for the AOSE's soil work. It turns out the soils will require an alternative system. It will be less expensive to hook up to the public sewer.
