I actually had visited with Mr. Douglas on his property back in July and we discussed his plans to divide off this 54 acre parcel from the larger farm. He gave me a preliminary plat at that time and we met with the potential buyer for the parcel. The Deed of Easement held by VOF on this property allows for 4 total parcels or 3 divisions of the original 403 acres.The property is currently 2 parcels and this division with make it 3 parcels leaving one remaining division.
