RE: LETTER OF REVISION 03—Avinly Minor Site Plan Amendment(SDP 2024.62)
Please consider this request for a letter of revision to the approved Avinity Minor Site Plan Amendment
plan.This plan proposes to update the Townhouse Units 10-13 and 14-18. The widths and locations of
these TH units varies from the approved minor site plan amendment. In addition,an open space area is
proposed between units 10-13 and unit 14. A 5'concrete sidewalk is also proposed adjacent to this
open space area.
All the setbacks shall remain as shown on the approved site plan with a 10'front setback from the
roadways,a 5'side setback,and a 5'rear setback(or 15'rear setback for units adjacent to the property
line.) The driveway widths for Lots 10-13 shall be 18'wide,to accommodate the 2 car garages,and the
driveways for lots 14-18 shall be 12'wide for access to the 1 car garages for these TH units.
The overall guest parking spaces do not change from the approved minor site plan,but more off-street
parking spaces are created with this proposed LOR,since the TH units on lots 10-13 will be 2 car garage
units.
Attached is the letter of revision which shows the proposed site plan changes.
This is the third letter of revision for the subject site plan. The applicant acknowledges that a total of
three(3)letters of revision are allowed.

proposed between units 10-13 and unit 14. A 5'concrete sidewalk is also proposed adjacent to this
open space area.
All the setbacks shall remain as shown on the approved site plan with a 10'front setback from the
roadways, a 5'side setback, and a 5' rear setback(or 15' rear setback for units adjacent to the property
line.) The driveway widths for Lots 10-13 shall be 18'wide,to accommodate the 2 car garages,and the
driveways for lots 14-18 shall be 12'wide for access to the 1 car garages for these TH units.
The overall guest parking spaces do not change from the approved minor site plan, but more off-street
parking spaces are created with this proposed LOR,since the TH units on lots 10-13 will be 2 car garage
units.
Attached is the letter of revision which shows the proposed site plan changes.
This is the third letter of revision for the subject site plan. The applicant acknowledges that a total of
three(3) letters of revision are allowed.
