However, your last deferral request extended to the end of the year and we have received no resubmittal or request for additional deferral. Please request a deferral (to a specific date or indefinitely) or you will need to withdraw your application. Otherwise, we will have to take the request back to the PC for a decision in February. As of this moment I think we are good for the 30th. We've made some further revisions to the drawings to demonstrate how we can build certain things and I've got the easement from the parents on the construction and access. Waiting for an easement from Jason's attorney on the entrance. I'll circle back first of next week and let you know if need a delay.
