Hello Justin,
I know you are waiting for information from Zoning about your zoning complaint that is related to this project. However,
your last deferral request extended to the end of the year and we have received no resubmittal or request for additional
deferral.
Please request a deferral (to a specific date or indefinitely) or you will need to withdraw your application. Otherwise, we
will have to take the request back to the PC for a decision in February.

We should probably push our meeting back one more month to be safe. Will that
cause any re-advertisment issues since we did a 90 day at the meeting? I can keep
the schedule if we need to but I don't have the easement 100% worked out yet.

Elaine,
Yes, Moss ZMA is good. As of this moment I think we are good
for the 30th. We've made some further revisions to the drawings to
demonstrate how we can build certain things and I've got the
easement from the parents on the construction and access. Waiting
for an easement from Jason's attorney on the entrance. I'll circle
back first of next week and let you know if need a delay.

be?
