I am sorry for delay sending this note after we spoke Wed. All easement plats for Pantops Public Safety Facility 16 are on
hold. We will ask Lincoln Surveying to establish As -built centerline locations of each utility, meaning, plat
revisions. Further complicating matters, there is likelihood of a BLA with Worrell Land and Development
Company. Please set easement plat review off to the side for the moment, and let us sort this through. It could take some
time, but we'll be in touch. We are grateful for your help and support. Steve may see this through to the end —there is a
fair chance he will coordinate the BLA with Worrell and County Attorney's Office. Thanks Brent

I apologize for the delay responding —here is where things stand.
Easement plat signatures are on hold. We plan to have Lincoln provide As -built (centerline) locations of Century Link
and other utilities, so it is best to wait on signatures /recordation. A further consideration: there is indication a boundary
line adjustment (BLA) with Worrell Land and Development will drive need for additional plat revision/s. We believe
Attached Deeds of Easement /Plats are close, but exact location of New 10' Telephone Easement on TMP #78-31 and
TMP #78-31F1, and revised boundaries are for the moment unknown (Lincoln plat: rev. July 24, 2017; Lincoln plat:
3/7/17, respectively). I've copied Steve Hoffmann, Project Manager, who may see this through to the end as he is
working with Worrell Land and Development on the BLA. Thanks for your help and patience Ricky —we will be in touch.

Good morning Guys,
know it has been months since we have discussed the easement for the Fire Station and for Worrell. I have attached
them here for your review.
Where do we stand on having these easements signed? I remember there was confusion with engineering over the new
exhibit for the Worrell property but I have been given the OK on that and have attached the latest drawing to the
easement.
