Megan,
I have reviewed the above referenced plat. I have CC'ed the applicant as well so they can address these comments for
the resubmittal. My comments are as follows:
• The Table of Contents does not appear to match up with the sheets.
• Sheet 7: Show the ACSA access easement across Lot VA1 to the ROW.
• Sheet 7: Add a table that shows the gross square footage within and outside of the Glenmore Sewer Agreement
boundary for all lots bisected by the agreement line.
• Sheet 8: Show the easement for the sewer stub for a future extension (location referenced as MH SS A4 on the
approved plans).
• Sheet 10: Update AA1-X-20 to reference an existing ACSA waterline easement and not an access easement.
