HOWEVER, TWO UNDERGROUND STORAGE SYSTEMS ARE BEING INSTALLED TO CONTROL THE ADDITIONAL FLOW DUE TO THE INCREASE IN IMPERVIOUS AREA IN THE PROPOSED CONDITION. THE POST DEVELOPED 2 YEAR AND 10 YEAR FLOWS ARE BEING REDUCED TO BE EQUAL OR LESS THAN THE CURRENT 2 YEAR AND 10 YEAR FLOWS. THE DRAINAGE AREA OF THE EXISTING CREEK UPSTREAM OF THIS PROJECT IS 768 ACRES, THEREFORE THE PROJECT AREA IS LESS THAN 1% OF THE CONTRIBUTING DRAINAGE AREA.
