Hi Jenni,
We have reviewed the plans and have no comments. I was going to just sign the copies we have, but I noticed
that Scott needs to sign the seal on the plans before they can be approved. I will leave them at the front desk for
you to pick up to get signed. Please note, today is my last day in the office and then I will be gone on vacation
until the 23rd. If you are not able to get them signed and back to me today, I will let David Benish know and he
will sign them on my behalf.
Thank you,

Megan,
We have revised this set of plans based on your comments below. How many copies would you like me to drop off at the
county for you?
Thanks,
Jenni Pack

Scott,
The plans I have right now I cannot tell a difference in the footprints, and all the notes reference
boundary/property line changes. You will need to submit plans that show the difference in the footprints (either
graying out the approved footprints or showing them in some way) for our review and the notes should
reference the footprints. Also, these buildings were approved under two different site plans (SDP2015-026 and
SDP2010-072), and you will need to reference both on the plans.

Megan-
Thank you. We are also moving forward with the BLA,which should be submitted next week. The footprints of the
proposed units are different, which is why we also submitted a minor amendment, so they could get a building permit
for the proposed building footprints which would match the site plan amendment.
Thx.
Scott

Scott,
We received your minor amendment for Avinity, however it appears the changes you are making are
subdivision changes not site plan. I believe, unless I am missing something, that these changes would be done
through a boundary line adjustment not a minor amendment. My research shows that there were 2 different
plats for these lots SUB2014-113 and SUB2016-184 where these lots were created. It appears that you are just
adjusting lots lines, which would require a BLA. Are you also moving/adjusting the units?
Thank you,
