Megan,
I am going to add my comments to Victoria's e-mail since she confirmed the RWSA infrastructure is incorrectly depicted
on the plan. My comments are as follows:
• Correctly show RWSA sewer infrastructure.
• Correctly show ACSA water infrastructure along Crozet Avenue.
• Correctly show ACSA sewer infrastructure along Crozet Avenue.
• ACSA CCTV will be confirming the depth and material for the ACSA sewer main that passes under the entrance
along Crozet Avenue.
• Comment if there will be any increase in plumbing fixtures. If so, provide existing and proposed fixture counts so
the ACSA can confirm that the existing meter will suffice for the additional demand.
• Label existing sewer by size, material and ownership.
• Add ACSA Water and Sewer General Conditions.
• Add a note that water and sewer is provided by the Albemarle County Service Authority.

RWSA has reviewed the minor site plan amendment for SDP2017-023 — Crozet Animal Wellness Center as prepared by
TCS Engineering Co., LLC and dated April 4, 2017 and has the following comments:
All Sheets:
The RWSA sewer line adjacent to this parcel was relocated since the original site plan (SP2008-009) was
approved. Please revise the alignment to reflect current conditions (see attached GIS map for reference). Call
out and label manholes per RWSA ID# and call out ownership, size, and material of RWSA sewers (to distinguish
from ACSA sewer lines).
Update RWSA easements to show current conditions.
