I already had the excel sheet made. Based on average yield from other apartment complexes in the division, we would anticipate the following: Cale 2.88 Walton Monticiello Total 0.72 1.2 5.04 The number of bedrooms per unit and the price point will also impact this number. Walton and Monticello both have adequate capacity to accommodate additional students. Cale is at capacity and has space challenges with its current capacity. This would be exasperated by additional students. I hope that helps. The project proposed is a 24 unit apartment complex immediately south of Avinity. I can't find a response from you other than my need to make sure you are on the list of staff to get info on new projects. I have a vague recollection of your saying that Cale was over capacity, but I can't find info on 2016-17 actual enrollment online to double check that. I think that all the schools affected would be Cale, Walton, and Monticello. Could you let me know the expected impacts, including numbers of children expected from such a development? Thanks so much. Elaine Elaine K. Echols, FmcP Chief of Planning Albemarle County Community Development 401 McIntire Road Charlottesville, VA 22902 434-296-5823 x 3252
