Subject: Acknowledgement of adjoining owners for easements
Hi Justin and Kelsey,
In my initial look at your resubmittal, I didn't see anything from the other Mosses acknowledging their willingness to
provide easements for emergency access and offsite grading and landscaping. I know that these are Mr. Mosses parents
but a letter of intent is still needed. Also, Frank has indicated to me that an offsite drainage easement is going to be
needed, but this comment (there may be others) wasn't really addressed. If the idea is that Mr. Moss's parents will be
providing that easement, please include the information in the letter of intent to grant easements. Please get this info to
me as soon as possible.

I am reviewing the Deed of Easement you submitted with the 2511 Avinity Lane resubmittal on Monday, I don't see the
access easement to TMP 90-35L. What you provided is an access easement agreement for TMP 90-35H

I am assuming that there is a different Deed of Easement for TMP 90-35L that is the subject of the rezoning.
Could you please send it to me (.pdf or delivery) asap?
