Limits of disturbance are 1.36 acres. Water Quantity (Original Narrative): The site consists of two drainage areas, one to the south and one to the west. Currently both areas enter a manmade storm sewer system, that discharges into an existing creek northwest of the site. This will be maintained in the post developed condition. However two underground storage systems are being installed to control the additional flow due to the increase in impervious area in the proposed condition. The post developed 2 year and 10 year flows are being reduced to be equal or less than the current 2 and 10 year flows. The drainage area of the existing creek upstream of this project it 768 acres, therefore channel and flood protection are adequate. Proposed Amendments: During the construction process the architect has directed the contractor to add additional downspouts to the west building elevation. These downs spouts are piped directly to the new proposed storm system on that side of the site. The addition of these downspouts has slightly changed the water quantity areas (Post Development) from the approved plans. While this has resulted in a slight increase of flow leaving the site, due to less area draining to the detention system, the plan is still in compliance with the general logic presented in the original approved plan.
