• The preapp for this parcel was concerning reducing the cash proffer amount
that was approved with ZMA2006-16(see attached)only.If additional changes

• The application should include a narrative explaining the reason for the
reduction in the proffer amount,as well as the revised proffers.
• Please note that the Planning Commission discussed the cash proffer policy on
1/26/16.See staff report here.Also,the action memo from that meeting here.
At this time,the Planning Commission did not recommend approval of the
change to the cash proffer amounts in accordance with FIAC's
recommendations,so staff will be reviewing this under the current cash proffer
policy.
• Please also note,that while the proposed rezoning would be focused on
reducing the cash proffer amount,the perimeter road construction at Carroll
Creek may come up.We have not issued a notice of violation but Zoning
believes milestones have not been met towards completion/upgrade of the
road.
