At this time,the Planning Commission did not recommend approval of the change to the cash proffer amounts in accordance with FIAC's recommendations,so staff will be reviewing this under the current cash proffer policy. • Please also note,that while the proposed rezoning would be focused on reducing the cash proffer amount,the perimeter road construction at Carroll Creek may come up.We have not issued a notice of violation but Zoning believes milestones have not been met towards completion/upgrade of the road.
