Megan,
I have reviewed your comments regarding Glenmore K2C-II BLA. After reviewing the plat, I have determined that the
boundary of ACSA property is not affected by the boundary line adjustment. Therefore, it is unnecessary to have an
Owner's Block and Notary for ACSA. The property owners that are affected by the BLA are Glenmore Partners,
Glenmore Community Association, and Glenmore Country Club Association. I have provided a pdf of the updated BLA
Plat showing Glenmore Community Association as the owner of Parcel (Common Area). Is this plat approved for
recordation?

David,
See attached comments. Perhaps you can summarize what the purpose of this BLA is to give me some insight, as
it's not clear on the plat exactly what is happening compared to what exists in GIS web.
Thanks,
