While there are some geometric concerns that can be addressed on the site plan submissions, the general entrance layout is acceptable. Note that the Access Management Exception Request, which the Residency will support with the current layout, must be approved prior to site plan approval. If further information is desired, please contact Justin Dee] at 434-422-9894. A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way.
