[14-302 (A)(1)] Please amend the name of the subdivision, the new easement labels on Sheet 2, and the consent of division on Sheet 1. Per Engineering comments, the SWM easement should be referred to on all places on the plat as “SWM Forest and Open Space Easement.” 3. [14-302 (B)(5)] Please amend Note A on Sheet 1 to clearly state the applicable zoning and overlay districts for each parcel. State that the both parcels are zoned RA – Rural Areas, AIA – Airport Impact Overlay, and EC – Entrance Corridor Overlay Districts. Please state that TMP 60-2A2 lies within the FH – Flood Hazard Overlay District. 4. [14-303 (A)] Please amend the statement of consent to division on Sheet 1 so that it includes the accurate name of the proposed easement, the size of the easement on each parcel, and state the TMP numbers. 5. [14-303 (D)] Please state the acreage of each lot in the property labels on Sheet 2. 6. [14-312] Please show the locations of all existing buildings located within 50’ of the property lines.
