The plat has been revised to reflect the comments from Cameron Langille, dated September 28, 2017, and from Emily Cox, dated September 29, 2017 as follows: 1. According to the Albemarle County GIS Website, T.M. 60-2A2 is subject to the Dam Break Inundation Zone as shown on Sheet 2 of the plat and noted under the land use notes as G. 2. The plat has been revised to amend the reference of the easement in all places to "SWM Forest and Open Space Easement". 3. Note 1 has been revised to reflect each tax map parcel separately for their zoning and applicable overlay districts as shown on the GIS Website. Portions of both parcels (2A1 & 2A2) lie within the flood plain. 4. The statement of consent has been revised to include the tax map parcels and the acreages of the new easements. 5. The acreage of each Tract has been added to the plat. 6. This comment is not applicable. We are not creating any new property lines. 7. A revised date (Revised: October 2, 2017) has been added to both sheets of the plat. 8. Note 6 has been added to the plat to define SWM as Stormwater Management.
