Review comments are listed below. Planning David Hannah,Natural Resources Manager, recommended as follows: "The applicant is encouraged to locate the drain fields as far away as possible from the lake. This would potentially help protect water quality and it would also keep intact the wooded/forested area adjacent to the lake and the stream upstream and downstream of it. Given the proximity to the Rivanna River, conserving wooded habitat is important." Zoning Andrew Knuppel provided the following comment: "BLA plat should contain a note addressing development rights." Engineering Frank Pohl, County Engineer, had no objection. Fire/Rescue Shawn Maddox with Fire/Rescue had no objection. Building Official Michael Dellinger, Building Official, had no objection. ASCA Richard Nelson reviewed this plan for the Albemarle County Service Authority. This parcel is"water only to existing structures" in the jurisdictional area.
