I have an additional comment for the plat dividing the townhouses and open space. The open space numbers are not matching what was approved with the site plan; here is a breakdown of what I see: e 2.904 piece and the .27 acre piece for a total of 3.174 acres of open space. bdivision plat 181 acres total. .211 acres and 4.97 acres. The 4.97 acres of open space should be referred to as 2.97 acres th the 2 acres R-1 parcel that was formerly part of TMP 61-30A This 2 acres was not approved as open space us should not be referred to as open space. It can be part of the plat but not shown as open space. ease correct this. Once this is done we can sign the plat. Please make sure the plat is signed by the owner `¢nature when it is brought if for signatures from the County. The combination plat should be OK. There is a portion of Parcel 32 that will be added to this combined parcel. The townhouse plat needs to be recorded before we sign the combination plat since that portion is coming from parcel 32. Provide the receipt of recordation and the new DB PG for Parcel 32 when the combo plat is brought in for signatures. Please make sure the plat is signed by the owner with a notary signature. Thanks.
