Subject: SUB-2018-4 Spotswood F. Goodloe Estate — Rural Subdivision
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the
Final Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each
comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning
Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
[14-303(D)] Acreage of lots. Revise the plat to be in alignment with what was
stated in the Letter of Determination (LOD2017-34 1/30/18). Address the
following:
a. Revise the sizes of the existing and residue parcels to match what was
found to be correct in the LOD.
b. Revise the note on the coversheet to include LOD number.
2. [14-316] The plat has been submitted to VDOT. Approval of the entrance by
VDOT is required prior to subdivision plat approval.
3. [Comment] See the attached comment from Engineering. As mentioned we are
awaiting VDOT comments.
