(GwenLacy@earthlink.net and rwrinc@earthlink.net) From: Tim Padalino, AICP (tpadalino@albemarle.org) Division: Planning Date: October 30, 2017 Subject: SUB201700153 – BLA Plat (Shifflett) A review of the above-referenced plat (dated 9-19-2017) has been completed. Community Development Staff have no objections; however, please review the advisory comment from E911 staff (below). Additionally, the Virginia Department of Health (VDH) provided the requested subdivision approval (see attached approval letter). As such, a designated agent for the County will approve the plat(s) after signature copies (with notarized owner signatures) are provided to the Community Development Department. Planning: 1. [No objection] E911: 1. [Advisory comment]: County records indicate there are currently two (2) addressed structures located on the existing driveway shown on this plat. For your information, please be advised that if a third (3 rd) addressable structure is to be constructed and accessed off this existing driveway at any point in the future, then the County will require that this driveway be given a road name, and will require all existing addressed structures to be re- addressed using the new road name. VDH: 1. [See attached approval letter dated 10-26-2017] This review was completed using the sections listed under Section 14-208 of the Subdivision Ordinance. Preceding each review comment, Staff has provided references to Chapter 14 (Subdivision Ordinance) and/or Chapter 18 (Zoning Ordinance) of the County Code.
