Subject: SUB201700153 – BLA Plat (Shifflett)
A review of the above-referenced plat (dated 9-19-2017) has been completed. Community Development Staff have no
objections; however, please review the advisory comment from E911 staff (below). Additionally, the Virginia
Department of Health (VDH) provided the requested subdivision approval (see attached approval letter). As such, a
designated agent for the County will approve the plat(s) after signature copies (with notarized owner signatures) are
provided to the Community Development Department.

1. [Advisory comment]: County records indicate there are currently two (2) addressed structures located on the
existing driveway shown on this plat. For your information, please be advised that if a third (3 rd) addressable
structure is to be constructed and accessed off this existing driveway at any point in the future, then the County
will require that this driveway be given a road name, and will require all existing addressed structures to be re-
addressed using the new road name.
