Community Development Staff have no objections; however,please review the advisory comment from E911 staff(below). Additionally, the Virginia Department of Health(VDH)provided the requested subdivision approval (see attached approval letter). As such, a designated agent for the County will approve the plat(s)after signature copies(with notarized owner signatures)are provided to the Community Development Department. Planning: 1. This project requires Health Department approval before receiving final County approval. The applicant has provided copies of the soils work associated with these parcels,dated October 1,2017. Two copies of those reports are attached,as is the proposed plat dated September 19,2017,and an application for subdivision review dated October 2,2017. Please review the proposals for suitable subsurface drainfields which comply with the provisions of Chapter 18, Sections 4.2.2,4.2.3,4.2.4,and Chapter 14, Sections 14-309 and 14-310 of the Albemarle County Code.
