Previous comments: "Culvert computations should be provided for review. The following items should be addressed: a. Capacity b. Demonstrate that there is 18" of free board from the edge of shoulder/limits of travel way on Mill Stone Lane and Jarmans Gap Road. c. Tailwater depth d. Outlet velocity e. Determine the type of outlet protection required. See section 8.3.2.6 of the VDOT Drainage Manual. Refer to Chapter 8 of the VDOT Drainage manual for additional requirements and guidance. " 2. Previous comments: "Storm sewer, Inlet and HGL computations should also be provided for the revised sections of stormsewer. " 3. Please note curb ramps are required whenever sidewalks butt into side of curbs. 4. The drainage easement for the proposed 15" culvert should be labeled as a public drainage easement . They should be revised to direct pedestrians across Mill Stone Lane. 5. The curb at the intersection of Jarmans Gap Road and Mill Stone Lane should be pulled back and nosed down to accommodate a future curb connection.
