[14-302 (A)(1)] Please add the TMP number for the parent parcel to the subdivision title on Sheet 1. 2. [14-302 (A)(3)] Please state the deed book and page number for the 30' prescriptive easement of Buck Mountain Ford Lane, S.R. 776 on Sheet 2. 3. [14-303 (D)] Sheet 1 states that the acreage of TMP 17-35G3 is 43.12 acres prior to the rural subdivision. The most recent plat recorded in DB 4879, page 309 states that the acreage is 44.190, please explain. a. The acreage of all lots proposed with the rural subdivisions equal s43.11 acres, please explain the 0.01 acre discrepancy? 4. [14-308.1] The Tier II Groundwater Assessment has been initiated. Results will be forwarded to the applicant once complete. 5. [14-309, 14-310, 14-4161 The subdivision plat and soil evaluation report was forwarded to the Health Director for review on 1/23/2018. Approval of the soils evaluation by the Health Department is required prior to approval of the subdivision plat. All comments or approval letters from VDH will be forwarded to the applicant upon receipt. 6. [14-302 (B)(1)] Please add a revision date to Sheet 1. Ray & Associate Inc., and find it to be generally acceptable. A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way.
