regarding the above -referenced Property, please be advised of the following:
1. The Property is zoned and, thus, is consistent with
the current use for the Property, which is to provide office space (the "Current
Uses").
2. The Property and Current Uses do not violate any existing Zoning Code in effect
on the date hereof.
3. All requirements of the Zoning Code related to ingress and egress from the
