Where areas are in a stabilized condition or runoff is unlikely due to winter conditions, the inspection frequency may be reduced to once every 30 days while these conditions exist. Otherwise, the operator(s) shall resume the regular inspection frequency identified above. The operator(s) s) shall for inspections of the permitted land -disturbing activity to ensure implementation and continued maintenance of all requirements of the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (Erosion and Sediment Control Plan, Stormwater Management Plan, Pollution Prevention Plan, TMDL requirements, etc.).
