THE REQUIRED BASE AREA OF THE EAST BIO -FILTER IS 41% OF 1,025 SF=420 SF.
THE PROVIDED BASE AREA=105' x 10'=1,050: SF.
THE REQUIRED VOLUME OF THE. EAST BTO -FILTER IS 41% OF 3,419 CF=1,402CF.
THE PROVIDED VOLUME=1A13 CF AT ELEVATION 654.00.
The Total Impervious area from the new entrance = 75,189 SF
The existing impervious area slated to removed = 30,595 SIT
Net new impervious area to treat = 44,594 SF
Total base area requires for bio -filters = 2.5% x .44,594 SF = 1,115 SIF
Total runoff volume required to retained the first 'I" = 44,594/12 = 3,716 CF
Two bio -filters are proposed on either side of the stream just below the existing filly pond.
Each bio -filter to be sized in the proportion to it's total drainage area.
The total drainage area of the basin (as measured from inlet to culvert crossing under loop road at station 36+84) = 11.40 acres
