I want to be clear the engineering of this road needs to assure the Cascadia/Fontana Connector(Delphi Lane)actually
connects to the portion of the connector road on the Cascadia's side. VDOT needs to be good with the alignment be it's a
public road. I do not believe the two roads must be offset like on the application plan. I believe they could lineup like they
are depicted on your current road plan. To which VDOT had no issues with the alignment.

I assume you are talking about the Cascadia/Fontana Connector(now named Delphi Lane) and Brunello Court
(now named Glenleigh Road). That is the sort of details that would flush out in the road plan review with
special attention paid to VDOT's comments on this aspect of the plan. Attached are the 1st round of VDOT's
review comments on your road plan, to which they did not comment on the alignment. Thus I believe this is
how they want it for acceptance into the state system and how I believe it should go based on road plans
reviewed under Steve Driver's older version. The road plans that VDOT currently reviewed have these two
roads lined up.

Remarks: Matthew this needs to be reviewed in concert with the road plans for Fontana. This is the
land w tonys house (118) that needs to be added to the rest of the parcel per the rezoning. THIS PLAT
