We have determined that additional information is necessary for completion of our review. We have also identified design changes for the variation that will be necessary for our recommendation of approval of this request to the Board of Supervisors. Variation #14: General information 1. This variation request is linked to the previously approved site plan SDP2014-75. Variation #14: Request to vary the uses permitted in Block 1 for Lots 259 through 266 to include single-family detached residential units 1. Planning staff will be able to support this variation request once the following items are provided and addressed. Additional information requested: 2. Provide an updated cover letter that specifies the lots that will be impacted by the request to vary the uses to include single family detached unit types as specified in an email on 2/19/2018. 3. Provide an updated exhibit that shows the lots that will be impacted by the request to vary the uses to include single family detached unit types as specified in an email on 2/19/2018. 4. Revise the LOR exhibit that was provided to include the previously approved Site Development Plan number in the title on the coversheet and title block of all of the sheets provided. Design comments: 5. Ensure that all information in Lots 183 & 184 are once again shown as it was on the approved site plan. 6. Ensure that all buildings for Lots 259 through 266 meet the required 19' Build -to -Line, as specified on sheet SPSA of the previously approved site plan SDP2014-75. 7. Update the grading for the changes to the site plan sheet. General comments: 8. After addressing the comments above submit an updated variation request with the updated items and the additional information specified above. 9.
