Please confirm that you have everything you need. Thanks much Blaise Gaston Here is a copy of the email from VDH Mr. Gaston, From the copy of your plat, I was finally able to locate our records on your septic system. I have confirmed that your system was adequately designed for a total of 3 bedrooms and should accommodate your proposed B&B use. There will be no inspection of your drainfield necessary. As I stated during our phone conversation, I recommend that you have your well tested for coliform bacteria and nitrates (if not tested recently) and then again annually.
