I met with the my Doctor client last Friday evening, regarding purchasing the last two suites on the second floor of the
1415 Rolkin Ct. building and combining bother suites. I showed him my original plan of the smaller signs I emailed you
on March 7t" , however he did like this approach due to the fact that he did not think this small area would fit his
name. After some discussion that went from not wanting a sign, to it being necessary to have one, he asked about the
Eastern side of the building that sets back in on the right. I have shown another block that would take care of the
remainder of the second floor for him.
I would think that if this were approved, we could then remove the request for the two smaller sign blocks as shown in
the March 7t" request. Or, leave them there for any future tenant requests.
