Margaret,
There were some small horizontal shifts, but the plans primarily have remained the same. A summary of the surface
level changes are as follows:
* Shifted building, retaining walls parking lot, monument sign (Rt 250) and entrance (route 250) approximately 8'
to the west (this was primarily done so that the wall would be constructable without an offsite easement)
• Walls on eastern portion of the site (adjacent to the ford dealership) were shifted to be closer to the building.
• Configuration of the walls on the western side of the site changed. This was due to the 8' shift mentioned above,
and coordinating the walls with the storm piping location and its constructability.
■ Change to the alignment of the road up from Rt 20. The entrance location has not changed.
• Stormwater management facility has gotten slightly larger. However the top elevation of the facility hasn't
changed. The information presented in the cross sections remains valid.
The 8' shift mentioned above lowered the FFE of the building, by about 1'. This had a trickle effect through the
rest of the site from a grading perspective.
Reactionary changes to the landscape plan based on the changes above. Items were primarily unchanged, with
slight shifts.

Craig,
The Initial Site Plan recently received for the LIDL grocery store has a drawing date of 11/21/2016. The drawings
submitted for ARB review on December 5 have a drawing date of 10/24/16. Can you indicate what additional changes
were made? Can you provide a marked -up copy?
