We have reviewed and revised the plan per your most recent comments dated February 22nd, 2018. Below is a detailed response to each of your comments. 1. Please differentiate existing and relocated trees from proposed new plantings on the landscape plan (C14 of 15). Planting graphics for relocated plants on C12 have been changed to match existing condition sheet (C4). Leader and note for relocated plants have `RELOCATED' added to prevent confusion. Relocated plants are not included in `Proposed Landscape Schedule.' 2. Please revise the proposed landscape schedule on C12 of 15 to reflect correctly the number of plants drawn and called out on the landscape plan. Ensure that the Witchhazel (HV) and Arborvitae (TO) have the correct caliper/heights listed. Correct number of HV and TO provide with appropriate caliper/heights. QP(Willow Oak) was also corrected from 10 to 12, to account for the missing trees along the street. 3. Please revise the two landscape schedules on C13 of 15 to eradicate typographical errors and omissions. Species counts and typographical errors have been corrected. 4. Please enlarge the photometric lighting plan on C14 of 15 or provide a digital version; if a digital version is provided, please demarcate the lighting fixtures' symbols and labels in a color so that location of these fixtures can more readily be spotted in review. Line weight and value of photometric plan has been adjusted to be more legible. Digital copy will be provided for clarity. 5. Please correlate the most current street planting plan on the lighting plan on C14 of 15. Lighting plan Landscape plan has been updated on the lighting plan to avoid any confusion. 6. Please address the discrepancy of the catalog number provided for light model F in the lighting schedule on C 14 of 15 with the manufacturer's specification (lighting detail) for that model on C15 of 15. Model # on schedule and manufacturer's specification have been adjusted to match. 7. Please ensure that all manufacturer's specifications (lighting details) on C14 of 15 and C15 of 15 include kelvin data and finish color choices for all models proposed. A note has been added to all manufacturer's specifications that do not already note lamp kelvin. `NOTE: LAMPE TO BE 3000W 8. Please correctly label the manufacturer's specifications (lighting details) on C14 of 15 and C15 of 15 in accordance with models A-G listed in the lighting schedule on C14 of 15. All labels now accurately represent correct fixture specification and plan location. 9. Please provide an architectural roof plan that is to scale and on which the scale is provided on the plan. Provided as exhibit on last page of Architectural elevations. 10. Please revise the architectural elevations (A2.1-A2.8) to reflect the materials previously approved by the ARB. If new or substitute materials are requested, then material samples must be submitted to ARB staff. New materials have been proposed, and samples are included with drawing revisions. 11. Please revise the architectural elevations (A2.1-A2.8) to include the standard mechanical equipment and standard window glass notes. These notes will have to be included on the final construction drawings which are submitted for the building permit, n.b.
