THE PURPOSE OF THIS EROSION CONTROL AMENDMENT IS TO CLOSE EXISTING SEDIMENT TRAP #2 SO THAT THE SOUTH END PARKING LOT AND EMBANKMENT CAN BE CONSTRUCTED ACCORDINGLY. A SITE WALK—THROUGH WAS CONDUCTED ON MAY 24, 2016 TO DETERMINE THE CONDITION OF THE SITE. THE APPROXIMATE COMPLETED CONSTRUCTION HAS BEEN PORTRAYED ON PHASE 1 OF THIS DRAWING. ALL EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL MEASURES PROPOSED BY THIS AMENDMENT SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SPECIFICATIONS SHOWN ON THE EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL DETAIL SHEET. PHASE 1 10° INSTALL THE CLEAN WATER DIVERSION SO THAT CLEAN WATER MAY BE DIVERTED AWAY FROM EXISTING SEDIMENT TRAP #2. THE CLEAN WATER DIVERSION IS TO BE LINED WITH PLASTIC SO THAT CLEAN WATER CAN ADEQUATELY FLOW TO THE EXISTING OUTLET PROTECTION LOCATED AT STRUCTURE B2 AS SHOWN ON PHASE 1 OF THIS DRAWING. 2�. ONCE THE CLEAN WATER DIVERSION IS INSTALLED PROPERLY, SUPER SILT FENCE MAY BE INSTALLED AT THE OUTER LIMITS OF SEDIMENT TRAP #2 TO CAPTURE THE REMAINING RUNOFF. 3i SEDIMENT TRAP #2 MAY BE REMOVED AND GRADED SO THAT THE SUPER SILT FENCE SERVES AS THE MAIN EROSION CONTROL MEASURE CAPTURING THE RUNOFF DOWNSTREAM OF THE CLEAN WATER DIVERSION. PHASE 2 4�. INSTALL STORM SEWER STRUCTURES DOWNSTREAM OF THE CLEAN WATER DIVERSION. GRADE AND STABILIZE THE AREA BETWEEN THE CLEAN WATER DIVERSION AND SUPER SILT FENCE. INSTALL INLET PROTECTION AND DIVERSION DIKES AS SHOWN ON PHASE 2 OF THIS DRAWING. /6\ AFTER INLET PROTECTION AND DIVERSIONS ARE IN PLACE, REMOVE THE CLEAN WATER DIVERSION. A FINISH CONSTRUCTING THE REMAINING STORM SEWER AND PARKING LOT. FINALIZE GRADING AND STABILIZE THE SITE.
