MATERIAL AVAILABILITY AND ACCESS WITH APPROPRIATE MATERIALS WILL BE CONSIDERED WHIEN SELECTING APPROPRIATE MEASURE. 6. WHERE HEIGHT OF ERODED BANK IS GREATER THAN A SINGLE ROOTWAD, A SECOND ROOTWACD CAN BE USED BETWEEN AND ABOVE BASE ROOT WAD LAYER WITH 1' OVERLAP ON EACH ADJACENT ROOTWAD. 7.
