Zoning Compliance (LZC) for The Woods Condominiums, Charlottesville, Virginia — as further described by the
enclosed list of twenty-two (22) separate tax map parcels under the identical entity ownership identified by the
County of Albemarle, Virginia (the "Property").
Please confirm and verify for our records the following related to the Property:
1. Current Zoning, Zoning Compliance
2. Compliance with Approved Final Site Plan(s)
3. Issuances of Certificate of Occupancy, Building Permit(s)
4. Issuances of Zoning Code Violation(s), Building Code Violation(s)
In addition, if a new property owner were to elect to terminate the existing condominium regime by
recording a termination of the prior Declaration of Condominium, please confirm and describe the administrative
process necessary to discontinue the recognition of the Property as twenty-two (22) separate tax map parcels under
identical entity ownership to consolidate the Property as one (1) single tax map parcel under a single entity
ownership.
