experiences significant rill erosion. The culvert will be replaced and the channel will be
extended down the steep bank to the creek with proper armoring to prevent future erosion.

Standing near the entrance, looking at the areas where the County GIS indicated steep slopes are
present. The previous road construction has changed the topography and therefore, the GIS no

Standing where the existing road(and proposed driveway) cross the stream, looking east and
west. Stream banks are overgrown with invasive species. Invasive species will be removed
(without disturbing the underlying soils) and native plants re-established along the banks.

Pond installed on the property with the road construction. This pond does not show up on the
County GIS and is within a stream buffer. As per conversations with the County, this pond was
not permitted, but can remain in place. The banks will be reshaped to help create a more natural
feel and to minimize erosion potential.

The outlet pipe from the pond has experienced significant erosion, causing the end section to fall
off Additional geotechnical investigation will be conducted to determine the best way to protect
the embankment and downstream channel from further erosion.
