March 5 isn't going to work. 1 understood that the proposal was changing from asking for a non -approved color for the tenant panels to revising the comprehensive criteria for the freestanding signs. I understood that we were waiting for a final proposal with documentation of sign -off by the property owner/ shopping center management. Then we'll prepare a staff report for the ARB. Once we have everything we need to proceed, I can set the meeting date. I was referring to revising the "Site Plan" in your original application (see image below) to show the location of all four existing signs — not just the two in your proposal. All four signs are subject to the requirements of the comprehensive sign criteria so their locations need to be referenced in your request — in a general graphic form (not a surveyed location). Revising the "site plan" you provided seemed to be the easiest way to do that. Your attached property manager's letter does not indicate he is aware there are existing comprehensive sign criteria, previously approved by the owner, that would need to be amended. I have copied Margaret Maliszewski so she can determine, when she returns on Tuesday, if a revised letter is required.
