At their public meeting on February 6, 2018, the Board of Zoning Appeals voted 3-1 to
approve a variance to reduce the rear setback from 35 feet to 23 feet, to allow the
addition as proposed with the application.
Any person or persons jointly or severally aggrieved by this decision, or any aggrieved
taxpayer or any officer, department, board or bureau of the locality shall have the right
to appeal this decision within thirty (30) days of the date of the decision, in accordance
with Virginia Code § 15.2-2314. The decision shall be final and unappealable if no
timely appeal is filed as noted. An appeal shall be taken only by filing a petition,
specifying the grounds on which said person or persons are aggrieved, with the Circuit
Court of Albemarle County within the prescribed thirty (30) days.
