Subject: Springhill Towneplace ARB comments
Mike,
I've looked through the most recent revisions for the Springhill Towneplace project and i have - few comments:
1. The photometric plan has changed since the previous review. Light levels now exceed 20 footcandles in a few
places. 20 fc is the maximum the ARB allows. Please revise.
2. There are a number of trees proposed on the south side of the property between the dumpster and the curve in
the travelway located south of the south corner of the hotel, and some of these trees are large trees. The EC
guidelines do call for large shade trees spaced at least 40' on center. However, the trees as currently shown may
be spaced too close together. Please double-check tree species and appropriate spacing.
Thanks.
Margaret
