TTree pratect-ion fencing was required to be shown and .4-as included tin the Iandscape and grading plans it has since been
removed from the plans. Please show tree protection fencing on the landscape and grading plans.
2. Trees are proposed directly under the relocated overhead lines, although they are small trees, the location is inconsistent
with Dominion's planting recommendations. Pro -ode confirmation that Dominion is not opposed to the planting. If confirmation
cannot be obtained, increase planting area to eliminate the landscape!ublity conflict.
3_ A con- ment was previously made regarding the spacing of trees on the south side of the property. The intent of the comment
was to indicate that 1) large shade trees are required at 40 on center. and 2) the quantity and spacing of trees proposers
betvieen the large trees appears to be excessive for the available space. Please pro -ode the large shade trees at 40` on center
and inte-rsperse smaller and'or ornamental trees using a spacing that will allow for proper growth.
