We have reviewed the plans and have the following comments:
Engineering
1. When resubmitting the plans, the private street fee will need to be paid.
2. Include a copy of the easement or agreement for the offsite work on Pebble Drive.
3. Show a minimum 10' easement on all yard drain systems.
Planning — Tim Padalino
1. No Objection. Extension/continuation of 37' wide Bergen Street ROW to the southern property
boundary is acknowledged. Please be advised that Planning Division staff are aware of the
possibility of at least some modifications to site layout and/or private street design which may be
incorporated into future submittals of a Final Site Plan. Such possible modifications may be
necessary in conjunction with the County's (pending) review and actions of ARB201700094,
VA201800001, and VA201800002.
ACSA — Richard Nelson
1. The plan is currently under ACSA water and sewer construction review.
E911— Elise Kiewra
1. Sheet 13 says Halsey Street instead of Moffat Street, please update.
Comments have not yet been received from Fire Rescue. VDOT has no objection to the current plans.
