Thanks for submitting an amended agreement.
I've completed the preliminary review. The County Attorney's office requires that certain
statements be included—verbatim—within all maintenance agreements. I've attached a
checklist to help identify those statements. These statements are found under numbers 3,4
and 9.
Please also address number 5 by describing the condition of the existing driveway from point A
to point B (as shown on Sheet 2 of 2 of the attached plat).
Finally, please update Exhibit B to use the most up-to-date version of the plat (attached) dated
July 1, 2013.
