RE: Formal determination of Development Rights for 2818 Millington Road
To Whom It May Concern:
We are interested in knowing if there are development rights for our property at
2818 Millington Road. It has been in its current configuration of 9.167 acres since at
least October 15, 1980 and recorded in Deed Book 702 on Page 665. (See attached.)
Previously the county GIS had a note to the effect that it should have always been
known as 41-47C. That note has been removed along with any reference to 47D.
Our realtor Julia Lyman of Jos. T. Samuels, Inc. discussed this matter with Brent
Nelson about a month ago and was given an affirmative informal determination of
development rights.
