RE: ARB-2017-01: 5t' Street Commercial (76-55A and 76M1-1 (part))
Dear Applicant,
I have reviewed the site plans with revision date of 2-28-2018 and the architectural elevations with revision dates of 4-11-
2018 (Building A) and 2-9-2018 (Buildings B and C) submitted for the above referenced project. The changes made in
these plans and elevations address the outstanding conditions of ARB approval. You may consider this letter your
Certificate of Appropriateness.
This approval is specifically conditioned on the following:
I. Execution of the design indicated on the final approved plans, attachments, materials, samples, and other submittal
items presented.
2. Visibility of all mechanical equipment shall be eliminated from the Entrance Corridor.
Please note the following:
1. Any changes in the approved design will require a new application and additional review.
3. Certificates of Appropriateness are valid for the same period that the corresponding site plan is valid. If there
is no site plan required for the proposed work, the Certificate of Appropriateness is valid for 3 years.
Applicants requesting an extension of the period of validity must do so in writing. The letter must be
received by the Director of Planning prior to the expiration date.
